Ben is a sophomore and this is his second year of writing on The Pride. He likes to write to empower others as well as highlight under-represented groups or people of Wheaton Warrenville South. Outside of writing for the newspaper, Ben is involved in Chess Club and plays the viola in the Naperville Youth Symphony Orchestra and in the Sinfonia Orchestra at Wheaton Warrenville South. He also revisits his middle school once a week to tutor a fellow violist. He loves music, writing, quotes, board games, and mysteries.
